Is there a difference between the Browning Invector and Invector plus thread patterns at a .410 bore? I’ve gathered that the two are certainly different at the larger gauges, but it seems fuzzy on the .410 if they are the same thing or not. Thanks

Per the Browning website all .410 browning are standard invector.

Well it looks like I was wrong. The info on brownings website is a little misleading…. Anyways here is a picture to show the difference. The invector + is the longer tube, the other is standard invector. Retailers do a very poor job of differentiating between the two, so if anyone is looking in the future keep that in mind.

I don't know about 410 but Invector and winchoke are interchangeable I've got Invectors in my 20ga Winchester Quail Special

Keep your booger hooker off the bang switch.

All gauges of invector plus are longer than the standard invector. Standard invector chokes are used in the Mossberg 500 and winchester 1200 and 1300 as well as a few others The invector plus is usually better. I had one in my SPX. For my Mossberg 500, I use an extended choke
