Sweet creek farmers market has good BBQ. Actually everything on the menu is great. Sommers place for meat and 3. Actually their baby back ribs are 2nd to sweet creek IMO.

About 300 yards from my house, not great but not bad either.

I've never had anything bad from there, love their Cajun roast beef sammach! Simple but can't seem to duplicate it.

Try Vicki's Lunch Van or hamburger king (if still open) for a good burger. Masa Express on southern Blvd near baptist is dang good oriental food for the price with heaping portions (I was shocked how good it was when I had it).

sick yuck, the one downtown or on Taylor Rd. I would rather eat a three day old Krystal Burger before either of those places. They give Dreamland in Tuscaloosa a bad name.

For BBQ, I don't know the name of it, but it is some little shack right near the old coliseum on coliseum blvd --- Shane's rib shack is ok, but nothing to write home about --

Somewhere to eat in Montgomery for lunch --- just chains like Texas Roadhouse, 5 Guys, Waffle House in Pike Road, or you could drive out to Fitzpatrick and eat at Cecil's grocery.

It is pathetic that Montgomery, the capital of Alabama, is such a waste.

Head over to Millbrook to Smokehouse BBQ. It's been years since I've been there but it was once as good as any around.

The place by the coliseum is Fat Man’s? Fat Boys?

Get off at the Georgiana exit (114 or 116) on your way to Mtgy and get Kendall’s BBQ. It’s on the NW corner in the parking lot of a gas station. Alternatively try Tin Top in Greenville at 130 exit.

For one of the best Hamburgers in the Montgomery area go to Hamburger King. Then call your cardiologist.
