I’ve had a SPYPOINT for a couple years that I’ve been pleased with. But it starting leaking water in recently and has ruined the camera. Even after cleaning all the battery contacts I still can’t get it to turn back on. So I’ve decided I’m gonna get a new one or probably three. I have no experience with any of them but SPYPOINT but I think there may be better options out there. Wondering what is the best bang for the buck with monthly/yearly plans for 3 cameras?

Workin for the man, huntin when I can.

I’m a believer in spypoints. I run 10 link micros and 1 flex.
If you are want to stay with budget cell cameras?

There is another company that’s been out for a few years. Exodus. They have a no BS 5 years warranty and a theft warranty. I haven’t tried them but I did just order their new one that came out this year. It’s under $200.

I like my brownings. The best thing I ever did was put covers over mine. Mine are mounted on 4x4 posts pointed at my feeders on my green field. Not everyone can do this. The covers I made were out of 5 gallon buckets. Look on YouTube and there is a video on how to make them. It’s super easy. It has helped tremendously with moisture in my cams. Like I said, it’s a luxury that many can’t do. Some people have to keep them well hidden from thieves.

I have had issues with my tactacams. I got another one now that hasn't check in for over 20 days. Did a hard reset on it, nothing. Has new batteries too. That makes the 4th one out of 6 I've had issues with.

Have you changed your sd card? Normally that’s the problem.

If you haven’t called customer service, try it before you chunk a Tactacam they’ll help you figure out the problem.
Like someone else said check sd card, clear and reformat it.
Last time one of mine didn’t check in someone forgot to turn it on after aiming it.

We've started running the stealthcams. Got 4 of them. Only issue we've had is everu now and then we have to resync them. A change i'm wanting to do is next year is buy the solar panels for them. No telling how much money has been spent on batteries this year. Anybody else use them and satisfied by them?

These Bushnells I got a deal on have been doing great.
I have 5 out now with outstanding battery life. Unreal really.
Quality of pics and picking up motion (bushes) is my only complaint on a windy day.

I’ve got six Tactacams and love them. I’m slowly phasing out my crappy ass moultries. The Tactacams have good battery life and take awesome pictures
