Use HuntStand and get the mailing address. Stop by or send her a letter. Or, talk to a neighbor

She is not local. A letter is an option but those are easy to ignore. None of the neighbors have talked to her but me.

I ended up using whitepages.com. I had to pay a monthly fee to get all of the info I was looking for, but it was worth the $4.99. This lady had told me I could hunt her place probably 7 years ago and I did some. Fast forward a few years and I had added a good bit more lease land, and just stopped hunting this place since it had zero roads and was super thick. Well last week loggers started clear cutting it, so I was back interested again, plus I dropped my lease land this year too.

After a call today I now have permission again. She was nice and remembered me from before and was pleased that I wanted to check with her before just hunting again. It's not a big tract (30ish acres) buts its less than a mile from my house. She is going to replant it in long leaf, and we have worked out that I will maintain the fire lanes and help burn when the time comes. My day is made.

Maybe it will be a long term deal. And I was able to talk to another lady tonight at church who has about 100 acres that is about 1/4 mile further away who just planted long leaf and she is looking for someone to help maintain her fire lanes. So, I offered to keep her lanes clear for her and help with burning when she needs.

I will disk the lanes and help burn regardless, but I might just get permission to hunt that tract too.
