I’m going to be in the market for a new or gentle used Ranger. Probably wait till after deer season. Who are the best dealerships??? Has anyone ever used there employee discounts? I think I’m going to buy a 570 full size.

Personally I would go with a Kubota.

I had a 2015 570 full size and it used oil. A guy told me it was the valve guide seals were the problem and Polaris should have done a recall. After I had the top end built the second time I basically gave it away. Never be another Polaris at my house.

I’ve owned two and they have been flawless. Shoals Powersports has a great selection and prices.

I would recommend Malone power sports in el dorado Arkansas. I bought one from them over the phone in august because they had the only one in the model I wanted that they are not going to make again for a couple of years supposedly. They had a good price and everything was exactly like what we had agreed on and they brought it to me. I’m probably gonna sell my 2012 crew that’s just been serviced and you can pm me is interested. I would not say it’s gently used but it’s well maintained and it’s never been abused.

When I was around atv and riding, bikes, you name it, Polaris was the low quality stuff.
Cheap made, not durable. Just the economy grade quality stuff.

Honda was like Toyota. The best. I'd stay away from Polaris. Every single one of my buddies that has had one, didn't like them after they got a little age on them. They didn't last long.

I will never own a Suzuki product. Polaris either.

I went inside Polaris and worked around the staff. They were miserable because of the hours. Quality seemed lacking.

I have both. Kubota is built to take on anything. You can get options also. Such as a/c and heat, radio/cd player, power steering, hydraulic dump dump bed and probably some things im forgetting. LOL
Polaris is sitting in the shop and wont crank. Will not own another one.

Mine is a 2012 RTV 900. It has all the things i posted above. Will almost go anywhere.

I had a Honda Pioneer. Don’t want another one.

Kubota’s are heavy, the ride sucks, and they get stuck easily because of that. If you’re using it on gravel roads everyday using it for hard work, pulling, dragging, and carrying heavy loads then get a kubota.

If you need it to drag a deer out of the woods and will be going on rough roads and mud holes, then get a Polaris or Can-Am. End of story.

I’ve got a 2010 Polaris Ranger 800 and all we’ve done to it is replace the rubber bushings once in the suspension and change the oil.

Ill agree the Kubotas are heavy. But if you get the "tractor" tires , it will go almost anywhere. I took mine thru a muddy field and it was pushing mud when we got to the other side. I couldn't believe it went thru it.

I have a 2015 Polaris Ranger 570 XP. The 570 XP model was only made in 2015-16.

It's been a fantastic machine. No issues and still going strong.

Another member gave me 2015 Polaris ranger 570xp told me if I wanted to fix it to take it. Told me he is not putting another dime in the POS. It cranks and runs fine, but uses oil . Gonna do a rebuild come summer time

Little secret about the kubotas, get the 500 gas burners (RTV500). They’re light and you can’t get them stuck. I loved mine, only sold it because of a tax bill and I’ll be buying another one when I go back to a SxS

Cant speak for all the other brands but my 2013 ranger 900xp that i bought new has been flawless. It gets serviced once a year and and is taken care of but does get used daily. It has seen its fair share of challenges and has never let me down. Only part i have replaced on it was a drive belt. I personally wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

2012 Ranger 800xp has been good to me. Normal stuff for a 10yo machine but I love it. It’s gotta make it. I can’t come close to affording anything new. One of our club members dropped close to 30k on a new SXS. That’s just not I the cards. Ever.

I have a simple 2020 Ranger 500 and have had zero issues. I use the crap out of it and it’s been good to me so far.
