Using the SilencerShop single shot trust, does the assignment of additional trustees require a sealed notary signature or just have a notary sign the acknowledgement? I have access to a notary who didn’t buy the seal.

Did you add at the time of purchase ? If not you can add people to the trust until you purchase another item .when you purchase another item you have to do finger prints of all people involved .
You can message silencer shop and they will answer you with the exact correct answer . Thanks

I think the suppressor dealers are recommending that you get a new trust for each suppressor to bypass the need to get photos and fingerprints from all the people on your existing trust. Just get a new trust for each suppressor, with yourself being the only person on the trust. When you receive suppressor, add whomever you want. I would say this also if I was selling a new trust with every suppressor sold!

A full NFA trust from them is $129.95. I didn't say this, but once you've bought one single shot trust, it's easy to use that same language to make as many others as you want based on it. I was thinking the same thing. You can convert to word doc and edit as needed to create your own trust document to use as many as you need. I think it is simpler to just have the one trust and just add in folks at the beginning. If you need to add someone later just have them do the leg work. I can't imagine having to add or change the folks listed very often. I would think it would be pretty rare.

My thought on adding other responsible parties was to get my wife, daughter, daughter's boyfriend and my nephew on the trust. That way, if something happens to me it can be kept in the family rather than having to surrender the item.
