I know that does nothing for your situation. I feel appreciated and heard. I hear ya, appreciate the situation you are in but...can't help! Goodluck!

1. I don't see how a 02 sensor can cause you to overfill a gas tank. 2. As for the problem go by a parts store most of them can pull the code no cel does not mean there ain't a code. While there but a battery terminal brush and clean the battery post It wasn't overfilling, there was something casuing it to sputter back out even if I only had a couple of gallons in the tank. I dont know man, I know one pedal makes it go and the other makes it stop. FIL had a reader, the only codes other than low tire pressure were C1726, C1727, and B2126, which were Battery Voltage Low (rear right: abnormal voltage, Battery Voltage Low (rear left: abnormal voltage), and Detention switch: abnormal voltage. I guess off the get the battery tested?

Though I did have one go out on a 99 tahoe and you'd have thought the tranny was going out.

I guess off the get the battery tested? Have them test the alternator also The O2 sensor didn't cause the slow gas filling. That's caused by your vent valve solenoid, purge valve, and/or purge canister failing or the electrical system controlling them going bad (bad wiring, etc). One of them (or combination of them) is causing the fuel tank to not vent fast enough or not at all. I have an 05 Tahoe that does the same thing

I had a jeep grand Cherokee do the same thing. Never could figure it out. I know that does nothing for your situation. I had it happen in a 97 keep grand Cherokee. Turned out to be a short the actual ecm.
