When he started dropping names a few seconds into the game, I knew it was going to be a long one. The most I counted was 5 in one sentence, I forget who all he mentioned, nor do I remember why he was referencing them. He was just spewing out garbage, he even mentioned coming to Alabama during the summer and what a beautiful campus it was. I went to Alabama, it is not a beautiful campus, it is plain vanilla. The quad is nice and down by the river is gorgeous, but the buildings are just predestrian.

I would absolutely call the “core” part of campus with a lot of the older buildings beautiful. But the newer stuff where it’s expanding outward not so much. The new massive sorority houses are just plain gaudy and lack any real character or charm that the old ones had

I haven’t spent much time on Alabamas campus though some and I’ll admit my bias but I think the campus and Tuscaloosa overall is very meh. Are there some nice buildings and nice areas in Tuscaloosa ya absolutely but overall meh. Infact maybe my favorite house I’ve ever been in is located in Tuscaloosa owned by a friend of mine. Gorgeous mid century house.

Uconn beats bammer. 82-67 . When they jumped out to that 14 point lead and Bama had as many turnovers 10 as points 10, I knew it was going to be a long night. U Conn played some defense, they were all up in our guys faces the whole first half. I went to bed at the half.
