I once saw a racoon kill and then eat a mockingbird. The mockingbird was harassing the coon cause it was getting close to its nest and the coon snatched the bird down and ate it. I wouldn't call that actually hunting the bird though, more like opportunity.

I saw a coon unsuccessfully attempt to stalk a covey of quail but he was sure trying doing the low, slow crawl towards them.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
