The email today about FWTF deer and duck hunts seemed to indicate there were youth random drawings open today for registration. But no, just the duck hunts are there. Was this a messed up email and those were on the list that closed yesterday or was the Email right and the registration is in the dumper? Otho g like a little more confusion.

You must have something set wrong. I see all 13 deer hunts.

There’s every possibility of that.

Edit: I just logged on with iPhone updated to iOS 16 and able to play embedded videos (The Turn tested) but still I see only 8 FWTF hunts and all (duck). Oh well, I don’t have a youth to take but know a fella with two that I could ask and help. But I submitted my acceptance of an SOA hunt and wonder if that has something to do with issue.

More fun with this. If I don’t log in I can see the hunts and select one, cart add it and then it prompts for a sign in. Once I sign in it goes back to just showing the SOA’s I’ve registered for and those drawing results. Son in law just did his sitting beside me in fall ball stands and it worked.

Cathead, try it on a desktop when you get a chance. I was able to walk a few folks through it this afternoon and they all seemed to get past the weird glitch once they got on a desktop. It works on my phone but for some it was only showing the duck hunts once you signed in on a smartphone for some people.

I’ve tried a laptop and now phone. Will try desktop next

Edit: laptop, iPhone, a remotes into desktop, and straight into another desktop all failed in the same way. Maybe there will be a reset of some sort over night. I’ve restarted a couple of the devices. The deadlines are a ways out. Just irritational.

at the top of the page, under your name, click on "register for a hunt". you are probably on a default page - "my hunt registrations".

When I come in like normal and log straight into my hunts then click that I see only 12 possible registrations, 4 youth Dove hunts plus 8 FWFT youth Duck hunts. No deer hunts. If I sign out then I can see the FWTF youth deer hunts first one is 11/19/2022. If I select that hunt and add to my cart the website moves me to the login page and after login I can’t see anything other than the the things I tried to get drawn for in the drawings that ended yesterday. When I scroll to the bottom I can submit the 11/19/2022 I just added. The computer spins and then it goes back to no youth deer available and that hunt is not listed as pending. I’ve done this from multiple machines in multiple ways. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies and restarted multiple machines. No change

I'm only seeing the 8 duck hunts too. I did accept as a hunter for Cedar Creek Youth hunt yesterday, so I'm thinking I'm not eligible to register again.

When you accepted your hunt did it act kinda funny with you? It just seemed to hiccup. Now I show the alternates as Hunter - Declined but the cedar creek just shows Hunter but not the word accepted. So now I’m getting wigged out there’s some screw up there. ARGH!

Less wigged out on the SOA. It looks the same as the one from 3 years ago.

I emailed the person I think is over that and moaned about it. Maybe a fix coming once they catch their emails in the morning.

Joe, this is completely separate from the SOA stuff so you accepting a hunter status shouldn’t affect your ability to register for this particular hunt. The same thing is happening to several people and I’m gonna see if there’s a solution in the morning. The people I talked to earlier today were able to get it to work eventually. Registration is open until November 1 so hopefully it can be fixed asap

So I got an email telling me accepting the SOA preference points species hunt is blocking the FWFTA deer hunt random drawing registration. Not what I thought as well but it is what it is. At least I understand the reason.
