I've dealt with depression on and off for the last 5 or so years. You just got to keep moving forward until the bad days pass.
We will burn that bridge when we get there

Know of a fella that ended his life today. Struggles with drug addiction and health problems. Still was a good fella. Supposedly his baby sister talked to him like a dog about how he should be living his life, recently. Sad situations on both parts. I’ve dealt with addiction, depression and mental struggles since I was young. Finally got to a point where God handles it now. Y’all be sharp

Praying brother. Depression is something people just can’t snap out of. Your body literally aches 24/7 and can make the strongest Christian lose hope in life. People with chronic depression can keep a job, raise children, serve others, and hold on to marriage. They always smile or joke, but it’s a façade. Just beneath the surface they’re slowly unraveling, sometimes till it’s too late.

It's not the right thing for everybody but weaning myself off the meds I was taking a few years ago saved my life. No doubt in mind I'd be dead if I hadn't.

I know someone who keeps saying he's going to end his life. I wish he would personally. I know that won't be popular but it's how I feel. If you harm and threaten a kid, you shouldn't be breathing.
As far the ones with depression and all, it's sad. I wish no ill will towards them.

I've dealt with depression on and off for the last 5 or so years. You just got to keep moving forward until the bad days pass. iam glad you made it and still making it. seems folks talk more about the ones that lose the battle than the ones that survive.
