Do they sell to the public? Yes. I called and asked that. They said yes. I told them what I needed. They had it boxed up and in their office when I got there. I bought the Garlon and Arsenal, but also saw Clipper on the shelf. I'm fighting water meal on my pond, so I bought a jug of it as well.
