it's not just ammo or that Walmart. The wife and I waited about 15 minutes for someone to come get a coffeemaker off of the top shelf at the Boaz Walmart. I finally walked over an isle or two and got one of their platform ladders to get it myself. As I was about to step onto it not one but two employees showed up to tell me I couldn't do that. I said then one of them better get up there and get me a coffeemaker or go ahead and call the manager. Ten seconds later I had a coffeemaker in my hands. True, quality associates went out when the dress appearance code did. Wild hair colors, ear rings in the nose and eyebrows and the just mean appearance of the dykes like they could possibly get a women you would be interested in

I call the store when I waited at clanton wal mart one time . Lady said some one be there In a few when they didn't come I called again and again . Waited over a hour Whyinthecornbreadhell would you wait an HOUR?? Go to customer service after three minutes and get on someone's ass. You could have driven to any number of locally owned stores in the amount of time you wasted waiting on someone who doesn't give a chit at Walmarks. Support your local gun stores. They WILL give you better service.

That’s when you walk up to customer service and ask for the manager. Why didnt you do this? Then call corporate. Then email a complaint. Then go to the service desk next time you need ammo and ask the manager directly to open the ammo box. Be a thorn in their side. Lot of trouble to just buy ammo. I get your point, but there are other places that will be happy to sell you ammo w’out the needless hurdles
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

Walmart has been like that for along time . They have one associate covering so many different departments. One worker can’t help 4 or 5 people at once. Stopped spending my money with them and would rather just spend a few extra dollars and support a local business

Something you should know about Walmart customer service is that the workers are paid very little and the managers, with their bonuses, are over six figures. The workers know this and that explains a lot of their lack of motivation. My impression from the time that I moonlighted there was it is not a desirable company to work for unless you are a manager at a really good store. Old Sam is rolling in his grave at what his Five and Dime has become.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Walmart is fine if you go in and buy what you need and walk out. Assuming you can get around all the personal shoppers. That’s the only way I can tolerate it. In & out, no futzing about. Know where most everything on my list is & therefore no need to ask assistance of any employees. I despise the self checkouts, but it’s likely here to stay & is absolutely the best & fastest way to pay & get the heck outta there.
