Anybody bought from them? Any feedback on dealings? Possibly looking at a Tundra. Any other recommendations on a good Toyota dealer for buying new?

I've bought a couple of trucks from them and always got great service and a good price. They were much better than monkey town, but that wasn't hard

I haven’t bought from them but they do all my service work on my tundra and I’ve been very pleased dealing with them.

Bought my wife’s 4Runner from Matt Vepa at McKinnon in 2018. They beat sunny king and the Birmingham Toyota dealerships.

I stopped last week here in the Shoals at the local Toyota dealership to pick up some oil filters. The man at the desk got to talking with me and asked what I was driving. I told him I had an 05 Four Runner and he asked to go look at it. My 4 Runner is nice and has only 116,000 miles on it and he asked point-blank if I was interested in trading for a new Tundra. I told him no I wasn't that I was happy with what I have. He told me they would make me an unbelievable trade-in price on my 4 Runner. Sure enough-14,000 toward the purchase of a new Tundra. Fourteen thousand for an 05? That is a pretty good price, or so you would think!

Seems the new Tundras are not moving very well because of the increase in fuel prices and they are trying hard to move them. Be careful buying now a new vehicle that only gets 13 mpg. If you can wait a few months there are going to be a lot of Tundras, as well as other big trucks, hit the market because of fuel costs.

Years ago if you were from out of town and they could make a few hundred over invoice they would sell one to you. The owner at the time said the best advertising is for out of towners to come buy from him. That was a long time ago though.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

My '22 4x4 Tundra averages 20 mpg. My '14 on the other hand averaged 14 mpg. I bought mine at Oxford (MS) Toyota. I know a couple of people that are still waiting for allocations they reserved 3 months ago. If you want honest feedback from having driven one since February PM me.

Bought one of my Corollas from them. Was pleased with the deal, and was pleased with their service department.

I think everybody would love some feedback on the 22 Tundra. Let’s hear it.

Alright... after 6k miles here is my take, both the good and bad. The '22 is much more advanced than previous gen with improved ride and much better fuel economy. The '22 rides better and tows better. The TT V6 feels both faster and more powerful but has piped in engine noise on the higher trims which I am not a fan of (after you hear it outside you will know why though). It also suffers slightly from turbo lag. The truck is too techy for me, I miss the simple controls from the 14, but everyone else that gets in it loves the TV screen. The '14 was a truck, this one feels more "refined" (is probably the right word but "carish" to me), maybe like an SUV (if that makes sense). To me the seats in the '14 were larger, not necessarily more comfortable, just physically bigger. The rear space was definitely larger in the '14 and the '22 rear seats do not fold up for a flat floor like the '14.

It's individual preference on how much truck feel that you want. All of the new ones are moving away from being a truck and toward luxury. Any other questions just ask.

I had no idea the new Tundras were getting 20 mpg! That is the same mpg as my Tacoma.
