The concerning part regarding LGBTQ is the corruption of The Church. Certain churches, trying in their smug, highly intelligent, minds to be caring and loving, have in turn become tools of the Devil. Stuff like this is what has caused the split in the Methodist Church. Those churches don't seem to be able to differentiate between loving your neighbor and accepting their sins.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Our church (Methodist) voted 2 weeks ago to go independent and stand on our own. Or we could have stayed with the association and took a chance on having someone from the lgbtqabdcef whatever community standing up there preaching right and wrong. I’m not sure how those sermons will be preached and don’t care to know. What I don't understand about the whole Methodist split is why those churches that are remaining with the Book of Discipline and not allowing LGBTQNOP have to "leave" the conference and go independent. It seems like it should be opposite. Those churches wanting to stray from the teachings of the Bible and the Book of Discipline should have to leave.
