Snuffy OP 14 point Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 6,632 Moulton,AL	My dog has what looks like hot spots. I’ve taken him to the vet several times. They say it’s a fungus and hard to get rid of. They give him an antibiotic which clears it up for a little bit but it comes back. Any ideas for a remedy??? Last edited by Snuffy; 05/19/22 10:06 AM. Once improvement is seen maybe switch to every three days give a bath. The shampoo I would recommend is MiconaHex + Triz Being persistent with bathing is the key.
