I have looked at the candidate websites and can't find any that even mention hunt, fishing, and the state government role in them. Do any of them have a published position?

I would think that Ivey will continue business as usual. I've heard that Tim James would not, but I don't see anything mentioned on his site. I don't see any mention at all by Burdette or Blanchard. Does anyone know anything on where they stand? Are any of our wildlife organizations involved at all?

Thanks for any info on any of them

I'm guessing that the DCNR is very low on the list of priorities for any of the candidates. They may give lip service to a direct question but I doubt any of them will make significant changes, if any, to the current system.

Some want like this..but ill be happy if they do right by us on real serious stuff..not sayin huntin an fishin aint serious..but id whole lot rather they vote the right way an make sure they do everything possible to make democrats go down in flames..if they do something helpful with hunting an fishing..that will be a plus in my book..not my main issue

Likely just the same as any others. Will said anything he hopes will get one more vote.

Is there any game and fish laws about dumping trash and sewage? They’d get rich off the city of tuscaloosa dumping raw sewage into the black warrior river.

Yes. There’s a group that’ll go after em too. Black warrior river keeper is currently going after Drummond for runoff.

They won’t win that. They’ve been doing that for years and never accomplished anything but paying lawyers. Im talking about the bare bones of it- if I got caught dumping a 55 gallon barrel of dog schit into the lake or the river, I don’t think the game warden would sue me. I’d think I’d be detained at the very least.

Since they got rid of the two high fence owners and that idiot gal that was doing Chucky's bidding , I don't know if the CAB is the Boogy Man it once was.

The CAB is an “advisory” board. A diversion. The power of the board resides in the amounts of red tape they recommend. I’m just talking about enforcing laws that are on the books.

Tim James said he’d fire the leadership at DCNR and dismiss all cab members and start new and only allow them one term
This was recorded on several devices and you can bank on that if he does get elected and has lied about this then the videos will go out on every public website available

That sounds like a pretty good plan , except dismissing Raymond Jones Jr. from the CAB. He'll have a hard time finding a better CAB member. I bet Clem will back me up on this one.
