Social media chicken little drama llamas - way more fun to get on Fakebook, Instagripe or Twatter and bitch n moan about what’s going on in the world and the sky falling than getting out and doing something about it.

It would take civil war to turn this country around. The divide between the left and right is just to much. There will come a time in this country, in our lifetime, that being a conservative/christian will get you persecuted. It’s coming and coming quickly.
If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.

We would lose the civil war. Not many us white working class left . The civil war would be between right thinking folks an the leftist people. We are gradually becoming the minority. Too late to change people thinking . Since prayer was taking out of school we been on a downhill slide every since with just couple bumps here an yonder. Kids are being indoctrinated at young age because lot parents are useless when it come to teaching kids moral. Just look at all shooting done by kids less than 25 yrs old. The left will do ANYTHING To stay in power. When a country turns to evil like ours has become from the president down it can t last much longer. I think we all see the writing on the wall an just don t t know what to do. i personally am very concern for the next generation.Voting is not gonna do it . Gonna take an uprising like never before this country has seen to change history an the path toward an evil downfall that we are facing .

I believe that past events and trends can be an accurate prediction tool for the future. Society seems to follow predictable patterns.
If you look back in history, there have been many oppressive societies. Even the "good ones" were very bad. Think of Rome or Hellenic Greece. These, by all accounts, were "enlightened societies" yet they still maintained brutal regimes, that killed, enslaved and tortured people. Look at how savage, unjust, unenlightened, and filthy the middle ages were. What a horrible time to live and be a serf.
Right now most of us on this forum live way more comfortably, enjoy better food, an exponentially better standard of living than any of our ancestors, our health care by comparison is phenomenal, our transportation is relatively cheap, fast and luxurious, no one is taking our property by force except in extremely rare occasions, and we all live in housing that judged by any other period in history would be considered luxurious. And we enjoy all that at the expense of having a regular middle class job.
If you could go back in a time machine, grab your great great grandparents and bring them into your current future, your truck, your car, your washing machine, your oven, your house, and what you had to do to make a living to have all that stuff would totally blow their minds.
So it's easy to sit around in our climate controlled homes, with world wide instantaneous internet access, and bitch about how bad we have it, but in reality we all have it absolutely fantastic by historical standards.
The World will keep turning and if history is any predictor, yes, bad stuff will continue to happen on a regular basis, but as a whole the World and Society will continue to get better and better.

The World will keep turning and if history is any predictor, yes, bad stuff will continue to happen on a regular basis, but as a whole the World and Society will continue to get better and better. Spot on from a materialistic standpoint. What I feel is really happening is the rapid shifting of morals. What once was never even thought possible is now allowed and often celebrated. Rude and crude public behavior as self importance is all that matters. I’ve heard it referred to as “ the me me me society”. We lost the war for our children in the schools a very long time ago. We allowed it as we’ve been too busy working to keep up with the Jones’s. The glory days was one parent worked and one parent raised the kids. Latch key kids are the norm, we’ve allowed society to raise our kids. Progressive loved that opportunity and took full advantage of “it’s takes a community to raise a child.” The movement can labeled by numerous terms. Cultural Marxism comes to mind as they’ve worked hard to remove and replace God with government. It’s that simple. Pavlov comes to mind how easy it is to condition every living thing

To answer the OP
Something far worse than 9/11, that reset only lasted about 10 years.
WW2 reset lasted about 30 years as one could compare the roaring 20s to our society today. It’s why I mention the Weimar Republic so often. The debauchery of that society is more comparable to ours today.

I believe the breakdown of society is a direct correlation of a breakdown of the family the way God intended it to be. It’s not so much the government’s fault as the parents fault. I’ve taught teenage Sunday school for years and those kids knew the truth before kindergarten. If parents aren’t doing their job then the school system is more than willing to mess them up. I remember my oldest daughter coming home laughing in the 5th grade because the teacher said dolphins used to have legs and walk around on land. People don’t get married anymore and this whole “baby daddy” garbage is straight from the devils playbook. What’s scary here in the southeast we live in the most sane part of the country.
