If they are truly going to hunt warlords, get some real hunters (the US has plenty with the right experience) and tell them to go get it done and there are no rules. Kill or capture, whichever is easiest and if anything or anyone stands in your way, just take care of them in the same way. I'm really tired of seeing our military personnel put into a meat grinder because the politicians that send them into it, dont have the intestinal fortitude to deal with the political fallout of what they want to see accomplished. 9 times out of 10, our military is given an impossible task to complete when politicians are involved in the assignment. War is messy business but our politicians think it is some sort of sanitary business meeting where the other side follows the same rules that they make our personnel adhere to and that simply is not the case.
