Got back into it a couple weeks ago for the first time in long time. When I first got started Jack3d and NO Explode were pretty good. They banned everything that had DMAA in it. That original formula Jack3d was some 🔥🔥🔥. I got something called LIT from Wally World that did pretty good so far. The pump on it was great. Just ordered some Insane Labs Psychotic that I’m looking forward to.

Back in my competitive martial arts days most of us did the ECA stack: ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. It was probabaly the best thing.

Now doing the intermittent daily fasting, its just black coffee on an empty stomach. And I am surprised at how much energy I have.

Read up on tongkat ali and ashwagandha as supplements.

NoXplode is probably the one that comes to mid for me. I don’t know that I can think of another pre workout that gave me the focus and push that it did. It’ll also give you the chits and make your skin feel like it’s crawling off of you, but you’ll lift the hell out of weights and have a good pump from it.

I skip all the pills and powder altogether I know Iam smaller and weaker than co workers that do that stuff, but in the long run I pass them up while they are getting surgeries and having heart problems. My goal at 50 is to keep lifting at home without getting hurt.

Jack3d was the best I ever tried, but as you stated it's been gone for 10 years or so now.
Mesomorph was pretty awesome too, but I haven't had any luck finding it in the last two months or so.
I've been on lit af lately and it is okay, I'm going to give the 'jok-o' (not sure if that is the correct spelling) preworkout a try for my next preworkout, I've been told it is pretty good.

Pump Surge is good if you have high BP like me. It gives you a good pump w/out the tingles.

I liked C4 the best. NoExplode is good but as stated you will be downloading very shortly after taking.

This Psychotic is VERY jittery (400mg caffeine) but the LIT felt better to me. Gonna stock up on it.
