Looking for one trophy minded member to join 800 acres in Choctaw county, AL for a total of 4 members. Dues will be $3500 depending on the cost of fertilizer. There is no camp at this time, but that is something we will establish. There is a campsite with camper hook ups a few miles down the road. Lease will be strictly managed for deer, turkey, and pressure. We are looking for 1 individual. Turkey rights will be an extra $500 to help supplement property improvements.This will be the first year with the property and there is much work to be done, Equipment is a huge plus. We will strive for 5+ year old buck harvest and 4 year old on management bucks. Each membership will be allowed 2 bucks for right now until we assess the population and age structure.
