Ive got a job coming up off Acton Rd in about three weeks. Ill be cutting several red oak trees. They have some pretty good logs in them. Its all getting hauled away and trashed. If someone needed the wood or knows someone who might want it, i would load it for them. Im subbing out the hauling so it wont really matter to me either way but itll save the customer a little money and if someone needs the wood, there will be alot of it. About 20 trees i guess. It would be a real good opportunity for someone who sells firewood down that way. I thought i would offer.

Wow, nice gesture. Seems like that wood has to be worth something. Guess by the time you mess with it enough to get paid it’s a loss for you

Not worth me fooling with it but it would be worth alot of $$$ to somebody who sells firewood. I just hate to see it all go to waste. And like i said, every log someone hauls away is one the home owner dont have to pay to get hauled away.

I love Red Oak. If I didn't already have two years worth of Red Oak, Hickory and Maple I would dig in. Nice offer to folks.

NICE!! I wish it wasnt 50 miles from me, I’d love to have as much as I could haul. But with the cost of gas is now and its just not economical for me. But thank you for offering!!!

JWalker,
I am interested. We bought an outdoor wood burning furnace last year and have started using a good bit of wood. My old trailer won't haul alot of it, but would be happy to get some of it if schedules work out.

I'm interested in some, my firewood rack is getting a little low. My cell is 205-706-4356. Shout when you're ready. A friend of mine and I may bring a trailer and come get some.

I’d be interested in some as well. Probably haul on an 18ft trailer or possibly a rolloff truck

Like to talk to you about haul off if you don’t already have it lined up.

I posted some here a while back and had no bites. After 30 mins on Facebook I already had a guy come by my house. He has a trailer load outside right now to finish loading tomorrow. I’m sure I’ll have some leftover to give the next in line

I want my boy to learn to split wood. Let him do a little up at the farm this weekend. Don’t have a good way of getting large wood to the house though.

My son and his friends absolutely loved splitting wood. When I bought my home we had 5 trees I cut. They split 90% of it.
