Make your case .I’m in the market for the most comfortable Bino harness money can buy as my other one has worn the strap into .
What do you have and what are the pros and cons ?

For just a harness, I like the Rick Young Outdoors harness. It is made of shock cord and can be worn several ways. I bought a marsupial gear enclosed harness this year. It has been comfortable just wearing it around, but time will tell if I like it hunting or not. I like the idea of protecting my binos, but it does add bulk.

For turkey and bow hunting; I wear Pentax DCF SP 8x32 on a basic Crooked Horn Bino Harness. Works fine for small binoculars; IMO

I wear a fhf gear harness out West and love it. I can’t stand having my binos on my chest while hunting here(turkey or deer). I keep them in the inside pocket of my turkey vest out of the way where they belong.

I’ve been using the Alaska Guide Creations Kodiak Cub Max for the last several years and I really like it. I use them here while deer hunting and out west too.

If I have to use binoculars they’re too far to shoot.

Glad to see this. I had a set of Crooked Horns on my old binos for about 15 years and the elastic was starting to stretch. Been looking for a replacement harness for the new Leica Trinovid 10x42s. They are suprisingly light and compact for a 10x42.

Yes, it is made of shock cord and doesn’t bounce around or sag like the the elastic strapped harnesses do.

What AU coonhunter said, adjust it to hang around your neck, over the shoulder, or like most strapped to your chest.
Leave your lens covers tied on your binos and your good for most Bama adventures
