It's going to be for the youth of our church probably about 25 teens and 6 adults. Let me know if yall know of any good recommendations thanks This fall time of the year if that matters

Most houses have an occupancy limit due to insurance and city regulations. Much cheaper and you can still access the beach as well. The condos have fire laws against having too many people in one unit, but I have never known that to be a problem with renting a house.
