That poster left out several important facts that tell the whole story:
Percentage of US population that is Black—-13%
Percentage of Murders committed by Blacks—58%
Percentage of Prisoners in US that are Black—64%
In 2021 Police shot and killed 65 blacks, 221 Whites, The argument Police are out to kill blacks isn’t backed up by statistics.
So while blacks make up roughly 1/8th of the entire population, they are responsible for well over half of the crime in this country.
It is hard not to be a little racist when you are constantly being told whites are racist and BLM. Virtually every where you turn its something to do with race. It just really grows old.
I was just going to suggest penciling in these stats...you know in the intrest of total transparency

It's all fake. Always has been. Nowhere on this planet does any other country have all the laws and rules AGAINST racism like the United States. This is actually one of the least racist places on earth. It's not even something that's up for debate.
It's all propaganda meant to divide the country along racial lines which is part of a bigger movement to divide us. This is how the Nazi Party rose to power, they divided the German people along racial and economic lines, etc.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

You should make a poster with the equivalent numbers for white people and hang it next to it. That's where my thoughts went to. What are the white numbers? Hispanic? Asian? The numbers on on the flyer don't give a reference, there is no scale.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

It's the whole ESG standards that are implemented by the government and financial institutions. ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. Investors are increasingly applying these non-financial factors as part of their analysis process to identify material risks and growth opportunities. Who cares if you're qualified, as long as you have big virtue.
