Better get it while you can! These are some of the most sought after Remingtons I have seen in a long time and this is a good price. I have one myself and this asking price wont buy you a look at mine.

If anyone is still looking for one there are several on Gunbrokers And they’ll be higher than a cat’s back plus 10% in fees and taxes (not to mention what the seller had to pay), plus shipping, plus FFL. Gunbroker is now the Feebay of guns. I may just delete my account and forget it exists. All but useless to me anymore.

Given I am only looking to buy there and not sell, along with rarely selling locally anymore given I have pretty much settled on my personal collection and would only add something special assuming I didn’t have three kids in college making me flat broke, my opinion of it will be drastically different than many.

I bought a rifle off of Gunbroker a couple of years ago and it was a great deal. There were no taxes or fees on my part and $10 FFL transfer fee. Shipping was free. Just because you had a bad experience doesn’t mean there are not good deals there. And there was a stainless Model 7 in 7-08 for a $1000 buy now price. Shipping was $20 plus transfer fee. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Ive bought and sold on gunbroker. Never a problem
