5 to 6 percent my ass. Went in Walmart today the federal 325 box’s of 22 ammo that was 17:52 last week is 21:21 this week. The Hornady 6.5 cm that was just over 20 dollars Chris year ago is now 44:99. Sad part is I believe I need to buy more I don’t think we will see it go down
I told a friend at work this is taking the looks of a depression instead of recession. I worry about these spec home garden style house subdivisions going up if we will see companies fold up like under Carter presidency. It's the opposite of a recession or depression. It's too much money chasing too few goods. The old supply and demand curve at work

As long as job are plentiful we should be good... when unemployment starts going up.. then we in trouble. I hope your right. I just remember the Carter days and don’t want to see the younger generation have to deal with. They weren’t brought up hard entropy handle it

Thursday Clorox said it plans to raise prices on 85% of its products by the end of June, up from a previously planned 70%, with some of the company's brands set for multiple rounds of price hikes.
Chocolate maker Hershey said it would raise prices further in 2022
Kimberly-Clark said last week it would undertake more price increases -- following four rounds of price hikes in 2021 -- as pulp, labor and transportation costs continue to bite.
Procter & Gamble, executives said they had informed retailers about increases planned for fabric care products like Tide detergent and Downy dryer sheets to take effect on Feb. 28. In mid-April, the company plans to raise prices on some of its personal healthcare products, they said.
Food companies McCormick and General Mills also flagged this week to price changes to increase over the next few months.
Cadbury Chocolate and Oreo cookies maker Mondelez International last month disclosed that there could be "multiple pricing waves" this year to keep up with inflation.
And the list goes on and on.
It takes a long time to grow an old friend.

And Biden is making the pitch that passing his next $2T spending bill is the cure. That's not just dumb. That's Huntercrackhead level insane. These people are completely detached from the way the world works. I bet $2T will buy just enough votes, though......

We are on the verge of a collapse IMO. In my lifetime never seen it this bad. . As long as job are plentiful we should be good... when unemployment starts going up.. then we in trouble. its up now in my opinion. Look at the damn places closed etc. those unemployment numbers they post are about as accurate as the inflation number I believe I don't believe there is a mass conspiracy to post inaccurate inflation and unemployment data. The world financial markets move base on this data. It's accurate based on the rules they set to calculate the data.

As long as job are plentiful we should be good... when unemployment starts going up.. then we in trouble. HUH? Jobs are plentiful because of the HIGH rate of unemployment. It'll be hard for the unemployment rate to increase much more since all the lazy people are already sitting at home collecting the freebies. You drive into any city up here and there's jobs everywhere lol

I’m paying 36% more for hvac equipment than I did in December of 2019. That’s a big number and it’s from all manufacturers not just one brand. So far not one customer has balked at the price increase once I explain it which amazes me. My company fuel bill was up over 5900.00 in 2020 compared to 2019 with no real increase in driving miles. Crazy times Some of our clients don't understand how much prices have risen. Labor is more expensive as well.
