Has anyone ever seen an aluminum summit viper with the rifle rest that you sit and climb on bolted to the main frame? I just saw one. It appears to have a plate welded onto the main frame with the shooting rest bolted to the plate. It really appears to be factory made, although older. It is aluminum and it looks like you can take off 6 bolts and remove the shooting rest? Just wondering. I have never seen one like that before.

They made like that about 15 or so years ago if I remember right

I have one like that. It is about 20 years old. They only made them a few years it was called the ultimate viper. Came with shooting rest that is adjustable, drop down camo net around the top bar and surround seat.

I have one. One of the gussets cracked on the weld. Fixed it and still use it. Been at least 20 years...

I had one but removed the shooting rest because it was a pain to pack up. I found that resting my elbow on the rail was just as steady as the shooting rail. The one I had bolted to the rail and pivoted. It had a fork at the top to put your rifle in.
