And they're definitely buying up real estate in Bama like crazy right now, they're paying above market prices while most are making offers they offering substantial more. Check this out turkey, Talked with a friend of mine about Northerners scooping up waterfront property, and you know what the first thing the majority of them ask him is? It's how can we STOP folks from fishing around our piers, docks and hell just in front of their places lmao 🤣

I used to manage timberland around Smith Lake. Definitely familiar with those type folks.

Dang docks have ruined some of my best fishing spots , I also fish docks but it seems several now have been placed right off the points or adjacent to them where the boat needs to sit . It is what it is and they got the right to do it but they down own the water under it either .

They are here to mess us up the way they messed their own lands up with how they voted. Yes, some are trying to get away, but look at what is happening in Georgia and Tx. Virginia has been an outlier of the South for years because of its proximity to D.C. and all the feds working in the state.
