All hospitals are given a narrative to follow and a lot of the employees follow that narrative but it’s becoming fewer and fewer. Yes to seeing a rise but no to the patients being admitted.

~17% of people admitted to the hospital with the flu never come home. The stats are that high.

Or at least exposed to it. And with the variants , contracting it more than once.

I think the covid test are more to protect others around you by giving you the heads up not to go around grandma and such. if your into that sort of thing.

Buddy of mine said the worst part of it is not knowing whether it's got your number or not. He was fine, but there for a.little bit he was worried.

My wife worked with this young ladies brother. My wife and I both had COVID about this time last year. We both had mild symptoms nothing more than like a sinus infection. COVID affects everyone different but I don't believe for one second this virus is just like a cold or the normal flu like ppl want to say. If that were true I don't believe that a family would be getting ready to make funeral arrangements for a 28 year old with no type of underlying health problems.

We are watching the increase in covid hospitalizations in the states north of us. Sooner or later it will reach Alabama. The plan is to have the equipment and procedures in place before it arrives. Last year taught us a lot.

My parents are really sick with it. My dad has a bad heart too. They are running a high fever but got prescriptions now.

Both are fully vaccinated so not sure why they are both so sick.

They are sick because the vaccine isn't a vaccine. Second this was an engineered virus created in a lab. So that's why it's so unpredictable. It's a biological agent. And so is the "vaccine".

I hate it that people are sick and dying.

I think while it is not being covered at all, and supposedly not even being tracked anymore by the CDC (they certainly are not publishing the data on vax failures/"breakthrough" cases), it's becoming increasingly obvious what is happening and that the efficacy of the shots are not what was published or promised. Same thing with the Covid deaths. Cases have pretty much doubled since Trump left office and deaths have more than doubled under Biden and Biden had the vax, therapeutics, and additional knowledge on the virus to help him out. They will continue to claim that the vax is the way to go because to say anything other than that is to admit complete failure and incompetence. We will never know the real story or the true numbers. But as my good friend CAL always says, follow the money, the politics, and the crooked pharmaceutical industry.

I wasn’t saying it isn’t any worse, but that it is very transmissible, like the cold or flu, and that we all will get it, like the cold or flu.

There was no bigger scaptic than me. I got to feeling bad Saturday a week ago. I tested positive last Tuesday. Wednesday I started feeling better and thought I was going to be fine. Friday my fever came back with a furry 102.6 Friday and Saturday night I thought I was gonna die. I'm 51 years old and never been as sick as this. Went to the doctor Sunday took chest x rays said I had the start of COVID phnumonu. Said I got there with no time to spare. They gave steroids and have me on antibiotics taking Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours has kept the fever under 100 so I'm feeling a little better. This crap makes me hate. Democrats 1000 %worse because I know in my heart they conspired with the Chinese to release this to effect the election. The cruelty that the Dems powers at be poses is unmatched in politics.

I got the radiology report it said slightly irregular in the lower lungs. I thought I was past this last Thursday but words can't describe how sick I got Saturday night and Sunday. I still tested positive Sunday at doctors office. My oxygen has not got below 90 but I'm weak as water. At this point I just want to survive

Sorry to hear that. What are you taking or what have you taken for it, since you tested positive?
