Fuel tank not ventilated, fuel line deteriorated inside, deteriorated primer bulb, or and most likely the problem the diaphragm in the fuel pump is separated.

Fuel tank not ventilated, fuel line deteriorated inside, deteriorated primer bulb, or and most likely the problem the diaphragm in the fuel pump is separated. I agree. I've seen a lot of small motors act up because the vent got shut off. They will vibrate closed over time.
