Has anyone had lasik done at Montgomery Lasik? A friend of mine is going in for a consultation and he said it's $800 per eye. I've never considered it because of the price but that seems pretty reasonable.

Not sure I would be bargain shopping for someone to do eye surgery. I think you should PM bamaeyedoc.

I had mine done over on Vaughn with Dr. Swann. Very pleased with the results. I did have to go back and do an enhancement on my left eye because that was my shooting eye. Mine was unique that had a stigmatism in each eye.
There is one here in Montgomery that is located behind Eastchase that I know has a pending lawsuit because the man that had the lasik suffered some type of stroke or something as a result of the procedure and is now disabled. I don't know the name of the doctor or the group but I know the man that this happened to and it was very unfortunate.
