I’d paint first so you don’t have to worry about getting paint on the floor. It is easier to keep off the walls when installing flooring than trying to not get paint on the new floors. This is my opinion, however, but it is the way I have done it when doing my house as well as when I used to do remodeling for a construction company. This here

If it's site finished hardwood you could go ahead and put the floor down , paint , then finish the floor last. All other type flooring , I'd paint first.

You start high and end low. Flooring is the last thing in a remodel to do. Winner winner turkey dinner
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??
