Little bit surprised no one has jumped on these. You can use these in any small rifle cartridge. At most you might have to back your charge off .1 grain if you’re near max. They work excellent in my 6.5 Creedmoor.

I have no problem with your price because I'm not buying them, but the $100 per thousand is the reason nobody is buying them.....supply and demand though! You have every right to ask what you want.....

I’m selling them for no more than what they would cost from Brownell’s or Midway, by the time you pay shipping, tax, and hazmat you might actually pay more.

Plus this guy sold all his just fine http://www.aldeer.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=3503164#Post3503164

Hey man, I told you, I fully support you having the right to ask what you want.....but just because that guy sold all his doesn't mean he got what he was asking...I was just letting you know why they hadn't sold...good luck with your sale and I hope you sell em all!

You felt the need to say something when no one asked. So it’s obvious how you feel. But thanks for the free post bump.

I suspect it has to do more with them being 450’s which is slightly more niche. If they were #400’s or #500’s they be long gone already.

Dont know they guy, but in his defense: It did seem as though you were asking why they hadn't sold. FWIW: I believe its a combination of both, your right if they were NOT magnum the price wouldn't matter as much but because they are, I can see people being hesitant to spend the money. I understand fully you believe that lowering the charge .1 grains is acceptable, but I also understand why people would be concerned about that. Good luck with your sale, I bet there is someone out there who needs these at any price!

Jason

Your price is in line with the market price. I bought 2K shipped to the doorstep two weeks ago for roughly the same price.

The problem is there aren’t many “new reloaders/shooters” on Aldeer that live near you. Not being able to ship them really limits your potential buyers and the guys that have been reloading for a long time stocked up on primers when they were $40/K and think folks like me that just paid $100/K are idiots.

The online retailers sale out in minutes at $100/K (including shipping & hazmat) for the exact same primers but their audience isn’t limited to aldeer members that “need” primers and live near you.

You're only as good as your worst shot-

BR crowd really likes them. I hear the AR shooters prefer them as well. Not my bag. I imagine someone will want these. These days if you want it, and can afford it-- cost be damned! As much as inflation and shortages are affecting us an item in hand is worth more than the cash in the bank.

Yep you literally can't buy them any cheaper right now unless you just have a friend or family member who stocked up long ago to cut you in. I was simply selling them at the price it would cost me to replace them.

And me saying "I'm a little bit surprised they haven't sold yet" was 1 part actual surprise, 1 part salesman talk.

I see items all the time priced above what they should be. I simply just say "Not for me" and move on without a word, unless someone was selling a fake, counterfeit, or being misleading (aka a scam). But in this case, in my opinion, the guy claiming I'm gouging has no leg to stand on and that's the reason it annoyed me a little bit.

They work excellently. I'm saving all my 400's to be "hard times SPP".
