I got stuck in quarantine by the Covid nazis for a couple days. Turned out it was a sinus infection. My gf was stuck in quarantine for about a week with a mild case of Covid. She mentioned us doing something fun once we both got cleared. Today was that day. I knew the weather would be great so I suggested Oak Mountain. I didn’t research anything in particular for us to do so as we are pulling in I ask her to look at the website for activities. About 10 minutes later she says “Did you know yesterday was when they drew for the hunts here?” I just stared out the window while driving, wondering how she new about that (it was on the website). Then, “Wait a minute…did you get drawn? Are we ON A SCOUTING trip?!?!” I accepted as a hunter earlier in the day… That’s ALL I heard about for the hike down to Peavine Falls. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/Fmqy3fG.jpg)

Well, she doesn't look too upset about it being a scouting trip. She’s a good sport! She even treated me to dinner that evening.
