Being a member of a union for almost 34 years I've learned all officer of the union are going to bash a republican president and push for democrats. I just don't look at that nor do I let it influence who I vote for.

That's the only reason I put my name in the hat. Well that and the fact one of my opponents is a career politician. I feel like no politician should be on the board except the ones that are on it because of their position. Governor appoints 3 spots, three more are on it automatically. So I don't think we need to elect more ourselves to the other slots.

I also suggest anyone who isn't there already to join the Save or RSA Facebook page. Lots of great info there.

I don't give a rat's arse about his political beliefs as long as they don't influence his job performance, especially when his job performance affects my billfold.
As for the flyer, I look at it to see the dates for discounts at the resorts and that is the extent of my reading it.

I am all for a drop program but only if it can be done without hurting RSA. It was set up to benefit a few HIGH salaried people last time and hurt the system. Same with retiree raises. If we can find funding for them I will work hard to get them. I already been talking to a State Senator that has sponsored bills for us in the past.He liked my idea of funding retiree raises with a small cut from any future gambling bill that passes.
