We had a chief that stole a lot of money from the city and was allowed to draw his RSA pension because he had already had his retirement time in before he stole the money. If this is still the case then Blakey can draw his pension. Our own Sgtred, on another site, says that law has been changed and he will forfeit his pension. I don’t know if this is correct but Sgtred is usually in the know on these things.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

He was right at or eligible to retire when his case came about. He's the game and fish who shot the guy in Limestone county back in 05-07?

I’m as pro law and order as anyone and I’ll say that from what I know the charges against him are weak as a popcorn fart. As I said in an earlier thread on the subject, if all they could come up with was him going to a Casino instead of class at a conference then they might as well arrest just about every sheriff in the state along with a number of police chiefs too. I went to those conferences and know who was in the sessions and who wasn’t. Was he guilty? Probably. Was it political? Absolutely.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
