jwyatt 4 point J Joined: Dec 2012 Posts: 493 Redland	I closed my knife on the tip of my finger and it did the same thing and wouldn’t stop. The dr put some foam stuff on it and it stopped it. I heard quickclot works pretty good but haven’t tried it.

The afterwards cover it with some super glue. You can't stitch a finger tip avulsion, and liquid bandage, etc will not stop bleeding for this sort of wound. Didn't open this earlier, sorry.
