Apparently the Biden admin is pushing the idea that credit scores should be adjusted higher for minorities, just cause they are minorities.
I thought part of the idea of credit scores was to take the face, name, ethnicity, etc... entirely out of the credit decision process?

That's fine. Then every application for credit will just be adjusted downward.
I could care less. I locked my credit several years ago and have just left it that way.

Credit scores are useless anyways a lot of times. I am better off financially than I was a couple years ago and I'm paying stuff off every month and my credit score is dropping like a rock. No idea why. I guess I need to check and make sure no one has stolen my identity, but there has not been any indication of that.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I'm with ya , I think it's overrated BS, and people are waaaay to hung up on their score. I guess if every financial move you make is on credit and juggling payments is your thing, it's important .

Clinton did something similar when he was in office which essentially forced lenders to give loans to people with piss poor credit. This house of cards led directly to the great recession of 2008. Dumbocrats never learn.
