Full or part time. Experience in machining a plus. Would love to train a youngster in this line of work he or she could learn a lot. Location is in Robertsdale. Pay depends on experience and "learnability" to be determined by me. I know some folks had asked me last year about position but I'll just post again here. Yep. We're just getting desperate as everyone else evidently. I have two folks that I've been able to count on for years. However I have hired and fired 4 people the past 2 because they just wouldn't show up when they were needed. It isn't because of money that's for sure I give plenty of incentives. The last time I posted this I had a few folks ask about it for their sons and whatnot. Unfortunately I had already hired someone. I probably should have hired someone from here because they aren't as likely to be idots. Sick of having to work myself and my other guys to death.
