As the title says I’m in the market for a kubota rtv or a ev Polaris ranger if y’all see anything hit me up thanks!!!

Those two are about as opposite ends of the UTV world as possible.

Ya Kubota is heavy, loud and slow but very dependable and a work horse....

A guy in our club was a kubota you can hear it coming from a mile.

Look for an X model. Kubota makes the RTVX900, 1100, 1120 and 1140. Last three have a bigger engine. 1100 is an enclosed cab, 1120 is same as 900 but bigger engine.
1140 is 4 seater. It's a folding 2-4 seat conversion though. 4 seats makes bed smaller. Nicest part about 4 seat is it's only about 18" longer than 2 seat machine. Turning radius doesn't get ridiculous like some 4 seat machines.

X models are newer and have 2 range transmission. Previous models had 3 ranges. Older ones also were much less pleasant to drive if you didn't know their peculiarities (do NOT let off gas pedal suddenly, it's like throwing out an anchor). Good luck. A well kept one of those will run forever. We traded one in once from the golf course at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear. It had 5,500 hours and was being used every day. They wouldn't have traded it, but they'd hauled fertilizer with it and rusted out the bed. They priced the bed (available only through the Parts Dept one piece at a time) and decided to trade instead. I bet the unit is still running somewhere.

They are slow, heavy and loud. They're also strong, dependable and long lasting.

A buddy has one and it'll snatch the gates of hell open if you can hook to 'em but the negative stuff the others posted is spot on.

We have kubotas at work and they are weak as hell,we have a few small hills on some of our roads and they’ll barely go up them,I wouldn’t have one for hunting

I have a RTV900 that needs a motor. It ran the day I pulled it off the trailer at the dealership, but they called and said it has a hole in the block(verified when picked up and still unsure how it ran off the trailer.)? It's a 2012 or 13 with just barely over 500 hours on it. I haven't decided if I'll put a motor in it and sell it or sell it without a motor. My family has outgrown it and I need a crew cab unit.

Mine was stout as heck. Pulled a fullsized truck and a 30 hp tractor out of a mudhole on separate occasions. It's not my first choice for a hunting rig because it's loud and slow. But lacking power it did not.
