Hell I put on my boots and turkey pants already and made guys I work with listen to me call all day in the shop I got so excited I about punched my boss in the face to be laid off haha. Past 2 seasons I get gobs and hens in flields lot till week before season - almost nothing on camera this week - camera was loaded w turkeys week before 😀 I still going and glad to b able to go - my excitement more curbed now - got to go find them and if they gone I will head to my Marengo county spot Good luck guys Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

Laid out my camo, including a new Panola hat, and sprayed with permethrin. Loaded the truck, and got coffee ready. I’ll be up at 3am to be at the gate by 4! The weather is supposed to be 55°, 40% chance of rain, and blowing 10-20. I got a few located hopefully they’ll cooperate early cause I gotta be outta the woods by 10:30.
