If he goes anywhere, you can count on the most liberal justice in history replacing him. So basically just Roberts 2.0? I think he's voted with the other liberal justices on every single issue important to their causes. I'd rather a liberal take his place than have him making the same rulings while posing as a conservative.

I think the Bush's and their views go deeper than just liberal vs conservative. I think that whole group of elitists..... the Bush's, Clinton's, basically all of the Washington pukes from 1970 through now all believe we need Globalism because they don't have faith in our republic and it relieves them of any liability if our system as a whole fails. This could be a slippery slope. They werenāt arguing if his first amendment rights were violated they were arguing if you can sue for damages that seemingly never occurred. In this case the young man was allowed back in school, his grades didnāt suffer and he still graduated. The court said you can, so now this could open Pandoraās box on the scenarios in which people could sue. Disagree - this is about very serious and real discrimination against Christians BY THE GOVERNMENT in violation of the First Amendment. There is always so called "nominal" damages involved - but the First Amendment is priceless. This was a good decision and CJ Roberts is a pos.
