We did that about 12 years ago. We even allow him access to one of our roads that makes it easier for him to get in/out. He even paid to gravel it two years ago. I am guessing this might be the exception to the rule, but our neighbor is far more neighborly after he discovered we wouldn’t put up with that crap.

We’ve had clear pictures of them with road signs in the back ground and no one wants to fool with it.
