Prolly ain’t got time

I went by there Monday and they were closed. But I didn't know if they were always closed on Mondays or not. Sign on the door still said do not enter so if they are open you have to call and tell them what you want and they bring it out to you. I thought they may have been semi back to normal. I just looked and they are closed on Monday and don't open till 11 on Tuesday so try again. They haven't been open but a couple minutes.

I picked up a transfer there last week, but I could never get them on the phone. Super nice folks, though.

They are good folks. Like most middle aged folks around Baileyton and Fairview, I had Jims wife as a teacher. If she were to see this, I am sure she would not claim me as a student due to grammar errors. If you have an outstanding deal, I am sure it will get handled. I don't know the reasoning behind them being hard to reach on the phone. If I owned a business these days, and could get by it would be hard for me to answer the dang thing too.

Kind of difficult to spend time on the phone when you have customers with cash lined up at the counter.

Jim will not answer the phone! Just doesn’t have the man power for someone to answer all time with people waiting outside!

I know it’s not about this place . I was in Marks years ago and it was busy, the phone was ringing a salesman told a guy at the counter to hang on let him answer. The owner Mark said , get back to the counter and help the guy here to buy ,they will call back.

Customer at the counter can see you are busy, customer on the phone can’t.
Can’t make everyone happy.

I never heard him talk that much except when we would talk about flying airplanes. He must have health related issue of some kind because he’s been very strict about being careful since this virus thing hit.

I don’t care to be next in line and a sales person answer a call instead of dealing with me. I’m there to buy if I just wanted a price I’d call. Answer it to put them on hold and get the instore shoppers taken care of.

People just calling to save the trip to see if what they are looking for is in stock. Ain’t no one got time for that

I've been in there a couple times before the China flu BS. Maybe one other customer in the store in those instances.

Doubt they don't answer the phone because of a line of customers...

Than there’s something wrong. All the places I show up and check for stock, are busy busy.
