jhogeland 4 point J Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 600 Cullman	Looks like a bad transducer to me. I had a buddy that had the same issue. He was told not to turn the unit on with the mega ducer connected while it was out of the water. Supposedly burned it up. They sent him a new one.

Much cheaper to run the boat with the starboard side facing the bank. 90% of my time is down scan anyway.

Although the warranty is out of date, he is sending me a new SI transducer & told me if that doesn’t fix the problem to give him a call back.
