Anybody got any word on the Hummingbird Mega Live that is meant to compete with Garmin Livescope?
I had some friends from Eufaula visiting who know somebody's cousin's ex-uncle in law twice removed. The word on the street is this is a huge deal to Hbird and they don't want to flop like Lowrance did by coming out to soon without raising the bar on Garmin.
I just have a problem pre-ordering without even so much as a video or marketing trailer on the graphics.
What have y'all seen or heard? Do y'all have any video?
O God, you are my God; early will I seek you. Psalm 63:1

I haven't seen any video, but if you've got a unit compatible to run the new HB live then I'd wait and see what they have to offer. Livescope is great but the perspective view is not nearly as clear as the Mega 360 that HB has. If the H'bird Live is as clear as Mega 360 then it's gonna be awesome. AFAIK it only works on G3 and up Helix and all Solix units.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

I haven't seen Lowrance build anything that will last past two years yet. Truth
If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.

I've had several different birds for years and have never had an issue. I am still running some older birds that just want lay down. I know of 5 or 6 they forgot to add the "death clocks" to. Heck, I still have an 997 that I run, its old!

Always removed and kept indoors and not on a high speed boat. Flat rate $225 plus shipping both ways to fix a $500 device
