legalization of pot, or at least Federal decriminalization of pot is on their priority list.

Unless you really set it low, then you’ll be in an all cash position soon.

I don’t care let it crash. Perfect time to buy!!!
. As long as it doesn't crash the way it did in the 30's. I don't have it all in stocks, but I sure have a good bit.

Them stimi checks sure help with the buy orders...inflation isn't real is what I try to tell myself as I press confirm.

I know a couple Hedge Fund managers on the Street. They have told me I'm stupid for a while now don't take money out and sit tight it's going up. Just heard the first one begin to talk about a bubble around Christmas when we were discussing the next round of Stimulus. Long time friends we are all on a text message together.

They know. The risk is high but they can't get out until something gives and starts to move. Down is what I'm talking about.

Watch national Commercial Real Estate companies. When those start to talk about their inventory of un-leased retail/office space due to Covid and Tenat's going through Bankruptcy that's your cue. Next will be a slowdown at least. Nobody can predict a crash.

Home Depot will continue to perform IMO

Dollar General would be my pick over someone like a Wal-Mart.

The Evil empire of Tech Companies will go up.

Fracking/Oil/Mining I would pull the plug on. Steel... pull the plug. Really any domestic industrial for that matter get out.

Home Builders... watch closely and be prepared to sell at a moment's notice.

Ford/GM... get out.

Probably some value in Airlines or related industries as a long play Airplanes are NOT going away and will make a comeback at some point.

Defense Industry watch the War Mongers are back in business.

Keep dry powder ready for a crash if you can.

That's my take. Look back at what did well under Obama and you'll have your answer. We are headed right back there.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

I know a guy that bought 100 shares for $312 total. It's worth over $7000 now.

BE, CLNE, TSLA, DLTR, MEG, ENPH have had nice runs over the past year. I'm thinking MGM will be a long term money maker once COVID fears are over and the old farts can get back to Vegas. BA is on a downward trend and will be a long term buy at some point in the next year (I think). DASH and ABNB are newcomers making a noise this week for some reason. I'm guessing one of the fake meat companies will prosper in a Demo administration. Watching OXY closely right now too.

But, I like Fur's suggestion so I am investing in Z-52 Zoysia.

Surprised that a mall operator is doing that.

Wow that has been a crazy ride!

I bought at $12 a share and sold at $25. Didn’t think it would keep going.
