Is kicking my butt. I know people have suffered much greater from this than me, but it sucks worse than I thought it would. Figured a healthy young man like myself wouldn’t have much trouble with it if I caught it. On day 3 I think of symptoms. It hurts to lay around, hurts to sit around, hurts to stand around, and don’t have the energy to walk around even if I felt like I could.

Yep move as much as you can. I think it was day 5 for me that I thought laying around and resting would do me good. Boy was I wrong. About got the best if me. I moved around as much as I could and it helped.

I woke up this morning feeling like a brand new man comparatively speaking. Still not much energy but way better than yesterday. Based on what I’ve heard from some other folks that have had it, this may just be a false sense of hope though. Had a few folks tell me they felt bad right off the bat then felt better for a day or two, then took a nose dive somewhere between days 5-10. We’ll see I guess.

Just take it easy even if you are starting to feel a bit better. Limit excercise, keep your heart rate down for a week or two. You may have turned a corner but you never know. Good luck

I experienced days where I thought I was fine and on the mend and then next day had an onset of a different set of symptoms. Had runny nose, the shivers with no fever, cough off and on as well as fatigue and brain fog. Just over 30 days out and still dealing with fatigue and brain fog that gets worse as the day goes on. Follow advice of taking it East even when you think you have it whipped.

Day seven of a fever here. Trying to stay loaded on Gatorade and water. Don’t feel much like eating. We can still taste but it is way off. One heck of a head ache time to time. Doing house chores will wind us.

Trying to work from home but the focus is not where it needs to be.

Day 6 here and I never dreamed it would kick my tail like it has so far. Running 102.5 fever even though alternating Tylenol and Advil.

Aches are awful. Far wose than I thought it would be. Praying it turns tomorrow, this sucks. Evenings are horrible.
