We are dispensing quite a bit of it now. Dose being prescribed is 12 mg on day one with that dose being repeated in 3 days. Why is that fact not in more major news outlets?

It's been approved for human use in the US since 96 for strongyloidiasis and onchocerciasis. I think it has another approval since - not interested enough to look it up.

Its used for Lice and worms, people get that all the time. Show up at the doc with Covid and tell them you got crabs, you get some Ivomec.
